**Important Note for Guests Staying Elsewhere**
If you choose to stay at a different hotel or location, please note the following:
Any wedding attendee who is not staying at the resort must purchase a Wedding Day Pass for $193 USD.
The Wedding Day Pass grants access to the resort and allows you to attend the wedding events. This pass is valid for thirty (30) minutes before the wedding ceremony and remains valid until the end of the reception, up to five (5) hours after the scheduled ceremony start time.
Attendees using a Wedding Day Pass are welcome to use any bar in the resort during their visit.
(restaurants are excluded)
If any attendee not staying at the resort wishes to participate in other wedding events such as the Welcome Party, they must purchase a regular Hotel Day Pass at an additional charge for each day they wish to access the hotel premises.
Please inform Jazmyne or Dallas at least three months in advance if you book an alternative location and agree to pay the $193 USD for a Wedding Day Pass or any additional passes needed to access the property. The hotel has strict security measures in place, and we need to relay this information to the hotel staff to ensure you are granted access to the property. Without this information, you will not be permitted entry.

Passport
1. Verify your Passport is not expired.
2. If you need a Passport, please click the link for guidance on applying for your Passport.
3. Children of any age are REQUIRED to have a passport. If you are traveling with a child and only one parent will present, please confirm you have all the required documents for your child to leave the country with only you.
4. We recommend scheduling your passport application appointment in advance. USPS.com offers a time-saving experience. You can apply for your passport and have your passport photo taken during the same appointment.
